Prague, March, 21st, 2014 Eva Münker-Kramer, Austria / Jana Malikova, Czech Republic Expected results and „what has happened“? Expected result: We have skilled and trained colleagues within the countries to spread the knowledge based on national needs, structures and cultural specialties and we can address concrete persons if needed for border-crossing necessities and networking in disaster and crisis psychology.

What has happened since then…. • Initiatives in all the countries that took part, building up of structures • SC meeting in Vilnius (2012), Workshop, symposium • SC meeting in Bratislava (2013), symposium • SC meeting in Prague (2014), symposium • Project Vilnius – Barcelona, Conference Barcelona, 2013 • Workshop Paris 2013 with the idea to integrate D&C psychology into the question of Integration of the needs of disabled persons into disaster response • Concrete Counselling from time to time if when needed (e.g. Ukraine, aftercare after shootings Kiev) • Attempt to apply for an EU project, plan to reapply for a CoE project

Prague, March, 21st, 2014 Eva Münker-Kramer, Austria / Jana Malikova, Czech Republic Our lessons learned • great and enhancing team work throughout Europe • Positive (other experiences, cases, realities…) and negative (different backgrounds with implications, partly presented systems not transferable….) • financial necessities even for small steps became obvious, different situations • needs of governmental support became obvious, also different starting points • nevertheless transfer possible from “old” to “new” countries • necessity to have at least two participants from one country!! • the “plant starts to grow” – continuation would make much sense

Compliments !! enormous effort (money, energy, knowledge, …) from/for all participants
